Debate on the question of "player payment" and associated issues will take place at the AGM. In this regard delegates may wish to note that Scotish Rugby has recently opened a consultation on club attitudes to the payment of players. Survey responses are not expected prior to the AGM, but it is hoped that the questions posed in the survey may assist delegates when formulating any views that they may wish to express at the meeting.
