Former Scotland under-20 scrum-half Scott Steele, has signed for Aviva Premiership side London Irish.
Steele, who appeared for Scotland in the 2013 under-20s Six Nations Championship and Junior World Cup, has transferred to the Reading based side from Leicester Tigers.
Steele, said: “Having spoken with the coaches at London Irish I feel this is a very good move for me.
“They play a very quick brand of rugby which I feel will suit me.
“I also believe that working alongside Tomas O’Leary will help develop my game further.”
London Irish Director of Rugby, Brian Smith said: “Scott is a very talented and promising scrum-half with a terrific skill set.
“He is a quality player and good professional who will help to add depth to our squad next season."
