Ally Miller

Ally Miller was selected as a member of the Scotland 7s core squad for the first time ahead of the 2018/19 season, having caught the eye of head coach John Dalziel.

The man from Longniddry made his debut on the World Series in 2017, performing well in Las Vegas before earning praise for a series of impressive displays in Vancouver a week later.

He was a late call-up to the Scotland 7s squad for the 2018 Commonwealth Games on Australia’s Gold Coast, replacing Matt Fagerson in the travelling party.

Having played for Melrose, London Scottish and Edinburgh Rugby in his 15s career so far, Miller is currently studying for a degree in engineering at Heriot Watt University.
