Tess Forsberg

Evy Therese Forsberg took up rugby while studying in Aberdeen and played for Scottish Universities, Toronto Irish Canadians, Aberdeenshire Quines and Murrayfield Wanderers prior to joining Richmond. Previously at Robert Gordon's University, she then attained an MSC in Petroleum Engineering at Heriot-Watt University and is now a petroleum engineer in London.

Born in Harnosand, Sweden, Tess qualified to play for Scotland through residency and played for Scotland A in 2010 against the Army, Police and France A.

She made her Scotland debut off the bench against Canada in the play-off stage of the 2010 Rugby World Cup and her first start was against Spain, in the Madrid capped friendly in January 2011.

Tess played in two tournaments during the debut Scotland Women 7s season in 2012, at Rugby Rocks London and the FIRA WRWC 7s qualifier in Moscow and continues to be part of the squad.

Her sister is a world champion in skyrunning (extreme mountain running).
