CANCELLATION | SCOTLAND TRAINING SESSION
Unfortunately – in light of the thunder, lighting and heavy rain forecast for Glasgow – tomorrow’s (Friday) Scotland training session at Scotstoun and corresponding supporter event has been cancelled for the safety of attending fans and Scotland players.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused but we felt it was important to make and communicate this decision as early as possible, as we know fans travel from far and wide to attend these events.
Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.
Scotland Head Coach, Gregor Townsend, said: “We’re very grateful to all the fans who have turned out to watch us at our various open sessions this season.
“It’s an inspiration to the group to have such great support, so it’s very disappointing to have to cancel tomorrow’s training session and event.
“We’d like to thank all those who planned to join us at Scotstoun. Hopefully we’ll get the opportunity to meet you at one of our events in the coming season.”
