To kick off the first episode of 2023 we are delighted to be joined by former Scotland captain and British and Irish Lion, Rob Wainwright.

Rob joins host Chris Paterson during the second week of this year’s Doddie Aid – a virtual mass-participation exercise event he founded to help raise funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation which invests in research to find meaningful treatments for Motor Neuron Disease (MND).
