Scottish Rugby has secured a new deal with the BBC which will broadcast all of Scotland’s Autumn Tests next month. The matches pitting Scotland, currently ranked seventh in the world, against the world’s top and third-ranked countries, New Zealand and South Africa, and the hard-hitting Pacific islanders from Samoa, will be available on TV, radio, online, HD and I-Player through the BBC. Scottish Rugby’s Chief Executive Gordon McKie said: “We very much welcome this new deal with the BBC and we are sure supporters of the Scotland team unable to travel to Murrayfield or Pittodrie in person to enjoy the very special atmosphere of Test match rugby will be delighted that they will be able to follow the progress of our resurgent team under the direction of Andy Robinson.”    McKie confirmed today that ticket sales were going well, particularly for the match against New Zealand where more than 40,000 tickets have been sold to date. “I’d encourage all Scotland fans to come to Murrayfield and Pittodrie for what promises to be some great games.  The  Scotland team are unbeaten in their last four Test matches, including that tremendous win against Ireland at Croke Park then our history-making series win in Argentina, and a packed Scottish crowd in full voice would bring a real sense of occasion to what I am sure will be an exciting and dramatic Autumn series.” The BBC has also concluded Autumn coverage contracts with our Celtic partners in Ireland and Wales, plus Autumn Test highlights with the RFU. Philip Bernie, Head of TV Sport, BBC Sport, said: “We are delighted to have renewed our partnership with the WRU, IRFU and SRU to cover their annual autumn international fixtures live and with the RFU to show highlights of their matches. “The autumn internationals continue to grow in intensity and importance as the home nations test themselves against the best of the southern hemisphere and take stock ahead of the forthcoming Six Nations Championship. We value the ongoing relationships we have with the home unions and look forward to continuing to bring top-class rugby to our audiences.” 2010 Autumn Internationals on the BBC (live unless stated)  6 November Wales v Australia: BBC Two, 1400-1630Ireland v South Africa: BBC Two, 1710-1930England v New Zealand (Highlights): BBC Three, 1900-20007 November England v New Zealand (Highlights repeat): BBC Two, 1130-123013 November Wales v South Africa: BBC One, 1415-1630Ireland v Samoa: BBC Red Button/BBC Sport website, 1415-1630Scotland v New Zealand: BBC Two, 5pm-7.15pm England v Australia (Highlights): BBC Three, 1900-200014 November England v Australia (Highlights repeat): BBC Two, 1600-170019 November Wales v Fiji: BBC Two, 1900-213020 November Scotland v South Africa: BBC One, 1400-1630 Ireland v New Zealand: BBC Two, 1700-1930England v Samoa (Highlights): BBC Three, 1900-200021 November England v Samoa (Highlights repeat): BBC Two, 1130-123027 November Scotland v Samoa: BBC Scotland/BBC Red Button/BBC Sport website, 1400-1700 Wales v New Zealand: BBC Two, 1700-1915England v South Africa (Highlights): BBC Three, 1900-200028 November England v South Africa (Highlights repeat): BBC Two, 1130-1230Ireland v Argentina: BBC Two, 1415-1715
