Fit for Rugby with Vitality

10 Dec 2020

In line with encouraging active lifestyles, we’ve collaborated with Vitality to share a new resource of 'how to videos' to support players getting Fit for Rugby and share insight from the Scotland camp.

From Scotland camp

Head of Strength and Conditioning, Stuart Yule, talks to us from the Scotland camp during the Autumn Nations Cup campaign about his role, and the impact and challenges of COVID-19.

Resources

It is intended that this new resource will help share coaching cues from some of the fundamental movements to help prepare players for rugby. Keep checking back over December and January as we add more resources and also share insight from the Scotland camp on how these foundation movements are incorporated into the routines of professional athletes.

Watch closely as we take you through some key foundation movements to help develop fundamental movement capacity and overall athleticism. Where possible we always recommend you seek support from a qualified coach – work safely within your capability.
