Four changes have been made to the Scotland under-18 team to face Wales at Noceto, Italy tomorrow (Saturday 18 April, kick-off 4pm local time, 3pm BST).Outside backs Jamie Forbes (George Watson’s College), Chris Bloomfield (Hymers College) and Danny Gilmour (Stirling County) come in at full-back, wing and outside-centre while Robbie Boswell (Stirling County) starts on the blind side flank. The youngsters lost to England (75-0) on Wednesday and now must pick themselves up in time for tomorrow’s Welsh challenge.Scotland team manager, Euan Kennedy, said: “We performed well for 25 minutes in the first-half against England and played the type of game we need the guys to play for the entire game. It’s up to us to build on the positives from that period and rise to the next challenge.”Wales will be tough up front and are battle hardened through the strong Welsh under-18 league. They’re quite big but their defeat to Ireland (22-15) was relatively error strewn so we’re looking to cut the errors out of our game and capitalise on any made by the Welsh.”Scotland under-18 to face Wales under-18 at Noceto, Italy on Saturday (kick-off 4pm local time, 3pm BST)15 Jamie Forbes (George Watson’s College)14 Chris Bloomfield (Hymers College)13 Danny Gilmour (Stirling County)*12 Craig Jackson (Melrose Wasps)11 Courtenay Morrison (Dollar Academy)10 Gregor Hunter (Gala Wanderers / Galashiels Academy)*9 Sean Kennedy (Stirling County)1 Ross Turner (Fettes College)2 David Cherry (Merchiston Castle School) CAPTAIN3 Colin Phillips (Stewart’s-Melville College)4 Robert McAlpine (The Glasgow Academy)*5 Michael Roy (Musselburgh)6 Robbie Boswell (Stirling County)8 Andrew Kirkland (Glasgow Hawks)*7 Duncan Finnie (Stewart’s-Melville College)ReplacementsJames Tyas (Brighton College)Steve Quigley (St Mary’s College)Mathew Bradford (Allan Glen’s)Richard Ferguson (Melrose Wasps)Gary Lowrie (Hawick Wanderers)Callum Wishart (Dollar Academy)Steven Turnbull (Whitecraigs)Stuart Edwards (Stirling County) Glen Bryce (Stirling County) Michael Doneghan (Stewart’s-Melville College)Henry Oliver (Merchiston Castle School)• Member of National Academy supported by AIS (Area Institute of Sport)Martin Currie sponsor all of the Scotland age-grades5 Nations under-18 FestivalMatch day 3: Saturday 18 AprilWales v Scotland, Noceto (kick-off 4pm local time, 3pm BST)England v Ireland, Colorno (kick-off 4pm local time, 3pm BST)Head coach – Grant McKelveyAssistant coach – Graham MarshallAssistant coach – Alex DuncanCPD coach – Simon CrossStrength and conditioning coach – Val HoustonTeam manager – Euan KennedyAssistant manager – John MansonTeam doctor – Mike ProudfootPhysio – Nicola McGuireVideo analyst – Murray CraigTeam administrator – Ann McKinsleyMedia manager – Michael James
