Scotland Women training squad named

Scotland Women head coach Jules Maxton, has selected a 28 person squad to attend a pre-Six Nations training camp on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 January 2014. The camp will conclude with a game at the home of Richmondshire RUFC, Theakston Lane, against an Army Select on the Sunday, kick-off 12noon.Scotland prop Heather Lockhart, said: The camps are having an extremely beneficial effect on the squad.”We’re now looking to build a specific game plan and focus on developing our basic skills.”Everyone has been working hard since the last camp and we’re looking at this weekend to take the next step.”Scotland Women training squadForwards: Nikki McLeod, Tracy Balmer, Samantha Beal, Deborah McCormack, Ruth Slaven, Tess Forsberg, Heather Lockhart, Lindsey Smith, Sarah Quick, Emma Wassell, Anna Stodter, Lisa Robertson, Karen Dunbar, Jade Konkel, Lyndsey O’Donnell and Rachel Cook.
