Scottish Rugby will seek to build on the success of Scotland’s viagogo Autumn Test match against Tonga at Rugby Park, Kilmarnock by taking more representative fixtures on the road in the New Year.Edinburgh, Cumbernauld, Galashiels and Dundee are set to host some of the best the nation can offer in the men’s and women’s game, continuing the trend of taking international rugby around the country.Furthermore, as a continuation of the governing body’s family-friendly ticket-pricing policy, Scotland Season Pass holders have been given the added benefit of free access to all of the games, while the host clubs will profit from all other ticket revenue.Dominic McKay, Scottish Rugby Director of Commercial Operations, Communications and Public Affairs, said: “We are delighted to continue to take international rugby around Scotland, and repay local clubs, schools, authorities and communities for their support.”Last month’s viagogo Autumn Test match in Kilmarnock was fantastic, and built on a number of successful outings for the senior men’s team at Pittodrie in Aberdeen and McDiarmid Park in Perth.”He added: “For a number of years our matches have been staged around the country and we’re really pleased, once again, with the geographical spread of the coming year’s home games.”As an extra thank you we’re also delighted to reward our record-breaking 10,000 Scotland Season Pass holders with free entry to all of the games.”Details of how Scotland Season Pass holders can claim their free tickets will be outlined in their exclusive electronic newsletter in the coming weeks.Taking games around the country…The senior Scotland women’s team will take up a spring residency on the synthetic surface of Broadwood Stadium, Cumbernauld where they face Wales, Italy and Ireland in their home 6 Nations ties. For the second year running, the Scotland Club XV will return to the shared floodlit home of Glasgow Hawks, GHK and the High School of Glasgow – Old Anniesland – while Netherdale, of Gala RFC, retains its place as the host club for the Scotland under-20 team for the 2015 age-grade 6 Nations championship.Gala RFC President, Scott Dalgleish, welcomed the fixtures’ return.”We’re delighted to welcome representative games to Galashiels because it brings people to the town from across the Borders and beyond,” said Dalgleish.”Scotland under-20 matches are open, entertaining, fluid games of rugby that are great to watch. In last year’s age-grade 6 Nations Jonny Gray, Mark Bennett and Adam Ashe all played here, and have all since gone on to make their senior international debuts.”It’s a great chance to the see the stars of tomorrow play some fantastic rugby.”Finally, representative rugby will return to the home of Dundee HSFP, Mayfield, where Scotland under-18 will face their Irish counterparts in the second of two preparation matches (following an away fixture against England under-18) ahead of the Rugby Europe under-18 Championships in April.Scotland representative fixture calendar:Friday 6 February, 7.30pmScotland Club XV v Ireland Club XV | Old AnnieslandAdults£12, Under-18s go FREEFriday 13 February, 6pmScotland Under-20 v Wales Under-20 | 6 Nations ChampionshipNetherdaleAdults£10, over 60s£5, Under-18s go FREESaturday 14 February, 5pmScotland Women v Wales Women | 6 Nations ChampionshipBroadwood StadiumAdult tickets£5, Under-18s go FREEFriday 27 February, 7.30pmScotland under-20 v Italy under-20 | 6 Nations ChampionshipNetherdaleAdults£10, over 60s£5, Under-18s go FREESunday 1 March, 1pmScotland Women v Italy Women | 6 Nations ChampionshipBroadwood StadiumAdults£5, Under-18s go FREEFriday 20 March, 7.30pmScotland under-20 v Ireland under-20 | 6 Nations ChampionshipNetherdaleAdults£10, over 60s£5, Under-18s go FREESaturday 21 March, 11amScotland under-18 v Ireland SchoolsMayfield, DundeeFREE to attendSunday 22 March, 1pmScotland Women v Ireland Women | 6 Nations ChampionshipBroadwood StadiumAdults£5, Under-18s go FREE
