Winger Chris Kinloch opened Scotland’s account on the 10-minute mark with a well-worked try and he was joined on the score-sheet by Gary Strain, Stevie McColl, Paul Loudon and Adrian Duncan. Kinloch then scored his second try in stoppage time to cap off a morale-enhancing win over the USA – much to the delight of team manager John Jeffrey.
