The club are working with the charity Back Onside, which provides programmes and workshops across Scotland with the aim of raising awareness about mental health, disabilities and social issues.
The event is free and open to anyone who feels they may be struggling with their mental health and life challenging circumstances.
Scotland Internationalist and Glasgow Warrior player, Fraser Brown, will also be participating in a special Q&A session at the club. The hooker recently attended the Mental Health in Scottish Sport conference at Hampden where he spoke openly about his own struggles with mental health issues.
Stirling County’s Chaplain, Ben Thorpe, said: “Stirling County are working with mental health charity Back Onside hosting a drop-in meeting featuring Scottish international Fraser Brown.
“It’s great to see County involved in the community with this important issue and showing that we are more than just a club.”
