Tom Kitchin Talks Food and Rugby

Kitchin, who talked about his love of sport and his experiences during lockdown, will be bringing some of his culinary knowledge to Scottish rugby fans next week.

“I love going to the rugby, it’s brilliant and I love the restaurants on rugby weekends, the atmosphere it brings to the city, the vibe when the English or French are here is just brilliant!”

A week-long series kicks off on Monday in our Fanzone with Tom sharing a favourite recipe each day, along with some of his top tips to help our fans prepare a selection of his dishes at home. Some of the recipes to look out for include, cod & chickpea, leek and potato soup with poached egg and smoked salmon lasagne.
