Regional Conferences 2019/20
Scottish Rugby’s Development Dept will be hosting a series of regional conferences, that will take place over August and September to kick-off the 2019/20 season.
The aims of the conferences are to bring clubs and schools together at regional venues, with committee members, coaches, and referees all invited to attend free of charge.
A conference will be held in each of the five regions across the country, the dates and links to each conference can be found below with attendees required to sign up through Eventbrite.
Specific workshops will be available for club officials and coaches, with keynote presentations available after the conferences.
The conferences will include input from regional and national staff on key Rugby Development strategic projects and events and will contain the following:
Conference Themes:
- Player welfare and child protection
- Club development best practice
- Technical Blueprint ‘The Scottish Way’
- Law updates and variations
- 2019/20 key dates and events
