The 16 teams across Scotland were drawn by the Scottish Rugby at the BT Leagues launch on the banks of the Clyde.

Stewart’s Melville will face off against Preston Lodge in a local derby while Highland [right] travel south to take on Whitecraigs who received a first round bye.

Elsewhere Hillhead Jordanhill will host St Boswells and Peebles will play their first cup game of the season against Haddington.
