Sprfc Rugby Updates
TrainingTraining has now moved indoors to Govan Police Station. Meet time is 17:45 in the car park to be escorted in. Training together makes a HUGE difference on the pitch come match day so make every effort to get along to at least one training session per week!MatchesThis coming week there is the prospect of three matches On Wednesday the police team take on an RAF team from RAF Leuchars at 2pm at Lochinch (there will be a return fixture to St Andrews later in the season). As always all support on the touchline would be welcome.Next Saturday will hopefully see both teams in action playing away from home. The 1XV are in the cup taking on Lanark in an away game which kicks off at 1.30am. The 2XV also have an away fixture against Hamilton 3XV – kickoff is at 2pm. Again all supporters are encouraged to go along and cheer for the boys! With so many matches on it is critical that you get your availability to Craig ASAP – even if it’s to say you aren’t free as that helps limit the number of texts and callsthat have to be made! Web News There is also a new Coach’s blog on line from Kenny MacL for those of you with access to the players area. If you are a player and don’t have access then you can apply here.
