Blacklock started playing rugby whilst at Durham University and previously played for Premier 15s side, DMP Sharks, before joining Harlequins ahead of the 2020/21 season. She then moved across London to Saracens for the 2023/24 season. She qualifies to play for Scotland through her mother who is from Kilsyth in North Lanarkshire.
