Charlie Moss started playing at Marlow RFC. He continued at Shiplake College, where he met fellow Scotland U20 forward Reuben Logan.
Having been at London Wasps when the club went into liquidation, Moss joined London Irish, but was there only a matter of weeks when they were also forced to fold.
He was then signed by Montpellier on the back of a Scotland U18 game against France in the U18 Six Nations Festival.
Moss made his Scotland U20 debut in the 2025 U20 Six Nations, and featured in all five matches.
