Holland Bogan started playing rugby aged 12 at Eastwood High School before joining Cartha Queens Park, where she played at youth level and in her first year of senior rugby.
Holland later went on to be selected for the Girls Regional Game Series, where she shone for the West and was picked up for Age-grade Representative fixtures. In 2022 and featured for Scotland U18 in the U18 Six Nations Festival. In 2023 she featured once again at XV as captain, and was selected for Scotland U18 Sevens.
Later that year, the dynamic lock joined Stirling County and went on to feature for them in their Premiership title winning match against Watsonians FC.
In the 2023/24 season, Holland was drafted for Glasgow Warriors in the Celtic Challenge and made seven appearances for the capital side. Holland was awarded the Coaches Player of the Season award.
