Two changes for USA Eagles

Two changes for USA Eagles

Head Coach Gary Gold has named two changes to the USA Eagles squad, that defeated Russia 62-13, to face Scotland at the BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, Texas this Saturday (kick-off 8pm, Sunday 2am UK time) – on BBC (UK), CBS and FloRugby (US).

Gold said: “Despite a few early challenges, the chemistry of this group worked well last week – even though we’d only spent a relatively short amount of time together as a unit.

“We’ve had another week to build on our rhythm as a collective and grow in our individual roles, which will undoubtedly help us against a quality side in Scotland.”

The sides last met in Rugby World Cup 2015 in Leeds, with Scotland coming away with a 39-16 win at Elland Road.

Both changes come on the bench. Dylan Fawsitt replaces former Edinburgh hooker, James Hilterbrand, who was injured last week against Russia. Titi Lamositele will jump in for Olive Kilifi is the other change among the replacements.
