The deadline for submission of nominations for the position of Vice-President of Scottish Rugby Union was 5 pm on Saturday 31 August 2024. 2 nominations have been submitted with the necessary supporting documentation. Both were received timeously.
The candidates are:
- John Brown, a member of Ayr RFC. Proposed by Boroughmuir and seconded by Glasgow Academicals.
- Hazel Swankie, a member of Dunfermline RFC. Proposed by Dunfermline and seconded by Carnoustie.
The election will take place at the Scottish Rugby Union AGM being held on 27 November 2024. Copies of the candidates’ CVs/ personal statements and the Election Protocol are available below.
