Advice for children and young people

Rugby is a brilliant sport – learning new skills & being part of a team. When you take part in rugby, you have the right to stay safe and have fun while you learn.

Worried about something? Don’t keep it to yourself…

You could speak to an adult you trust – a teacher, a parent, the child protection officer at your club, or a school counsellor.

Or if you feel more comfortable, you could contact ChildLine on 0800 1111. This is a free & confidential helpline, you don’t need to tell them who you are if you don’t want to. Or you can go to the ChildLine website at childline.org.uk
