What they said

Scotland Women Head Coach Bryan Easson said:

“It’s always important to start any competition or any campaign with a win and a good performance. We were pleased with the victory but a little frustrated with how clinical we were but we can take that as a positive.

“I thought the crowd last week in Cardiff with the travelling support too was just exceptional. You could hear the noise of the Scotland fans so if you think about that group plus another 5,000 or so that will be coming to the Hive this weekend is really exciting.

“We love playing at the Hive because of the noise, because of the crowd. The walk between the changing room and the ground is brilliant but once we get in the ground the noise is just phenomenal. We’re really looking forward to this weekend”.
