Robbie Williams has announced his highly anticipated tour for 2025, which will see the global icon perform in cities across the UK, Ireland and Europe next summer. The ‘Robbie Williams Live 2025’ tour will open in Edinburgh at Scottish Gas Murrayfield on 31st May.

When will tickets be issued?
Tickets are usually issued by your ticket provider nearer the date of the show. We would therefore encourage you to refer to your point of purchase for guidance on how and when your tickets will be issued

How will I receive my tickets?
Information relating to the delivery of your tickets will be confirmed nearer to the date of the concert via the ticketing agent you purchased your tickets from.

Will my seats have a restricted view?
We work closely with the promoter and artist’s production team in advance of tickets going on sale to ensure that tickets being sold have a view of the centre stage. As the artists may move around the stage at various points they may not be visible for a small proportion of time however large screens will be in operation. Where seats have been deemed as having a side restricted view these will be clearly marked at point of purchase.

I have seen tickets advertised on other sites – can I still order from there?
We would strongly advise against using any sites other than those listed above. These are the only sites we can guarantee have 100% genuine tickets. Consider the notes below before purchasing your tickets:
- Only buy from the outlets listed on the show advertising.
- Find out the face value of the tickets and how much you are paying in booking fees.
- Find out the location of your seats.
- Never buy from an agent who says the tickets will be available to collect outside the Box Office.

What should I do if I can no longer attend the show?
Please refer to the terms and conditions of your ticket provider for full details on their resale/refund policy.

Are there any specific terms and conditions that I need to be aware of?
- Your ticket(s) are digital mobile tickets that will be delivered in the lead up to the show to the ticket agent’s app/your account which you will be instructed to download to your smart phone. I acknowledge that my ticket(s) may not be delivered until 7 days prior to show date.
- Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the event organisers.
- Each ticket holder must be in possession of their ticket on entry.
- Your ticket(s) are sold by the event organisers directly to you the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.
- Your ticket(s) will immediately become invalid if resold or offered for sale unless the sale is through the official ticket agent fan to fan exchange. Tickets sold via third parties or other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket via unauthorised outlets renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.
- Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of (six) 6 tickets per customer during the presale period and (six) 6 tickets per customer from onsale. By ticking this box, I acknowledge that my tickets may be subject to cancellation if found in breach of this rule.
- Only tickets purchased through approved ticket agents (Ticketmaster, AXS, SEE and official venue ticket agents) are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
- You may be required as a condition of entry, to comply with any Covid 19 regulations, restrictions and/or entry requirements imposed at the time of the concert by the event organiser or relevant authority (and the event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the event if these are not complied with).

Are there any age restrictions?
Standing –
No persons under 14 permitted on the pitch. All under 16s to be accompanied by an adult. Max 4 under 16s per adult 18 or over.
Seating –
No persons under 5 permitted. All under 16s to be accompanied by an adult. Max 4 under 16s per adult 18 or over.

Can I bring my one-year-old baby without a ticket?
No, under 5s are not permitted.
Access Requirements

I am a wheelchair user, will there be a designated area for wheelchair users at the concert?
Yes, there are designated wheelchair viewing areas and accessible facilities. You must purchase wheelchair tickets to gain access to this area.
The wheelchair viewing sections for concerts at Scottish Gas Murrayfield can be viewed on the ticket map and are situated in front of the South Stand.
Please note, as part of our commitment to safety, we do not allow wheelchairs or walking aids on the pitch (excluding the wheelchair accessible platform). This is for the safety and comfort of all on the pitch.

Purchasing Accessible Tickets
Customers can purchase Accessible tickets online through Ticketmaster by selecting a Wheelchair, Ambulant Disabled or Hearing Impaired ticket.
- Wheelchair-Only Platform: Change ‘Ticket Quantity’ to 1 Wheelchair ticket (Free Companion ticket included along with Paid Wheelchair ticket).
- Ambulant Disabled Seating: Change ‘Ticket Quantity’ to 1 Ambulant ticket (Free Companion ticket included along with Paid Ambulant Disabled Ticket)
- Hearing Impaired (BSL): Change ‘Ticket Quantity’ to 1 Hearing Impaired ticket (Free Companion ticket included along with Paid Hearing Impaired Ticket)
Please note that the Ambulant Disabled Seating ticket type will give you access to a specific ambulant-disabled seated area (this is not the accessible platform, which will have a limited number of stairs and accessible toilets close by.
One person will be allowed one free PA/Companion ticket unless otherwise pre-agreed due to accessibility requirements.Customers who require a PA/Companion to attend the event but are situated outside of the accessible areas should purchase their own ticket and their PA/Companion ticket together then contact their ticket provider to request a refund of the PA/Companion ticket.
By purchasing an accessible ticket, you confirm you or a member of your party requires this position. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event, if you bought tickets online, you will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.

Can I access food and bar outlets close to the accessible platform?
At various times throughout the event a member of the catering team will visit the accessible decks to take food and drinks orders. There is also a large variety of units available around the stadium.

What facilities do you have on site for people with access requirements?
Conveniently placed separate adapted and accessible toilets including a Changing Places toilet are located in the lower southwest corner of the stadium, along with accessible toilet facilities around the stadium.
In addition, at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, we have a Stadium Support team who are on hand on event days to provide a wayfinding service and offer accessibility support within the ground.
The accessible team at Murrayfield are committed to ensuring that our events are accessible to all. We ask customers to apply for the accessible facilities they require in advance, such as BSL, Audio Description, Blue Badge Parking, and Sensory Room – please visit ask.scottishrugby.org to contact us directly.
Please Note: You cannot request Accessible & PA Tickets via the venue, Accessible Tickets and PA/Companion tickets must be bought from Ticketmaster.

What security procedures will be in place at the concert?
The safety and security of everyone connected to our events is of paramount importance; to achieve this there will be various security procedures in place.
- All ticketholders will be searched before entering the venue.
- Scottish Gas Murrayfield stadium enforce a strict A4 bag policy (30cm x 21cm x 21cm) for concerts. Bags larger than this size, unless for childcare or medical reasons, will not be permitted.
- All bags will be searched before entry to the venue is permitted. Please note that bags do not need to be clear.
- Where possible we recommend that ticket holders do not bring bags with them to ensure quick entry into the stadium.

Is there a bag storage facility at the venue?
No, there is not a bag drop facility at (or close to) Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
Everyone who turns up to the venue with a bag larger than A4, unless for the reasons stated above, will be asked to deposit their bag in one of the many bag drop facilities located across Edinburgh.

Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?
Yes, there will be a wide range of hot and cold food and beverages available to buy – which will cater for different dietaries. Once we have confirmed our show day footprint, we will have a map showing the locations of the different vendors around the campus and the dietaries they each cater for.
Please note, we operate a Challenge 25 policy at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25, will be asked to provide identification confirming that they are over 18 years of age in order to purchase alcohol. The only forms of identification we accept are passports and photographic driving licenses.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the stadium?
You can only bring small amounts of food and drinks into the stadium if required for medical and childcare purposes. All bags will be subject to search.

Will there be drinking water available?
Yes, water is available from any bar or food outlet.

Where will the stage be within the stadium?
Please refer to the map on your ticket agent’s website for the stage layout however the main stage will be at the North End of the stadium.

I or my child has an illness, will there be facilities to keep his/her medicine?
No, this would need to be kept on the person at all times.

What if I or one of my guests feel unwell, anxious, vulnerable, has an accident or is lost?
The stadium will have trained medical and welfare staff on duty, please approach a steward who will direct you to the nearest first aid or welfare point.

Is the stadium a non-smoking and non-vaping venue?
Smoking is not permitted within the stadium bowl – this includes e-cigarettes and vapes.

I am a new parent and am needing to express milk during the show, will I be able to bring my pump and will there be somewhere for me to go if required.
Yes, whilst children under the age of 5 are not permitted – we recognise that some attendees will need to express whilst on site.
On arrival to the stadium please go to one of the dedicated Medical and Childcare turnstiles located at the entry point specified on your ticket.
There are parenting rooms located in the East Stand and in the West car park by the Hive Stadium that will be available for use on show days if required.

Will there be a cash machine?
In the main, Scottish Gas Murrayfield is a cashless stadium, as such, there is no cash withdrawal facilities onsite and most bars, catering units and merchandise outlets are card / contactless only. However, a limited number of units will accept cash.
Transport

Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the Stadium for the public?
There is no public parking available at the stadium.
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available to accessible ticket holders who present a valid event specific car park pass (this pass must be requested in advance, and if a space is allocated will be distributed with your tickets), along with an accessible ticket.
The accessible parking is in proximity to the stadium at Murrayfield Ice Rink (EH12 5XN).
Please note, this car park is not open to all Blue Badge holders, access will only be granted if in possession of an event specific car park pass.
Due to crowd egress and local road closures for the event vehicles parked in this area will be held until the roads are open again.

Will there be coach parking available at the stadium?
Coach and minibus parking is not available at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
Coaches and minibuses will be directed to parking areas along the A8 (Corstorphine Road). It is vital that drivers co-operate and follow instructions and directions to ensure maximum capacity. The first vehicles to arrive will be parked nearest to the stadium.

How do I get to and from Scottish Gas Murrayfield?
GETTING TO SCOTTISH GAS MURRAYFIELD
Scottish Gas Murrayfield is located to the west of Edinburgh and is well served by public transport and is only a 45-minute walk from the city centre.
Plan your journey and know your travel options by checking your travel providers’ website for all of the latest information ahead of your day. Check with your travel provider for any changes to services and details of the last evening’s service.
By Train
Buy tickets in advance either at staffed stations, by phone (0344 811 0141) or at scotrail.co.uk. Plan ahead and ensure you check your travel providers’ website for any updates ahead of travel.
By Tram
Edinburgh’s tram line runs from Edinburgh Airport into the city centre and there is a stop at Murrayfield, the exit from which takes you onto Roseburn Street.
Please note tickets must be purchased prior to boarding trams. You can either use the ticket vending machines at trams stops or pre-purchase tickets on the Transport for Edinburgh App. To find out more and to pre-purchase your tram tickets visit edinburghticket.com.
By Bus
Lothian Buses also run several routes throughout the city that service Scottish Gas Murrayfield. All Lothian buses accept contactless payments, or you can download the Lothian Bus mobile app to help plan your travel to the game. Visit lothianbuses.com and use their journey planner ahead of travel for specific information regarding routes on match day.
On Foot
Scottish Gas Murrayfield is approximately a 45-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. From Princes Street head to Shandwick Place, which leads on to Atholl Place, then onto Haymarket Terrace. Continue and either turn left onto Roseburn Street at the Roseburn Bar (for the south turnstiles) or continue and turn left onto Riversdale Crescent at the Murrayfield Bar (for the north turnstiles).
By Car
There are various Park and Ride facilities in Edinburgh.

Please note there is no parking available in the streets around the stadium on major event days.
There will be road closures on the roads near the stadium – please visit the Edinburgh Council website for any planned road closures and information on the newly enforced Pavement Parking restrictions closure to the event. (Roads, travel and parking – The City of Edinburgh Council)
