At the age of 14, Sky Phimister joined her local rugby club, Livingston RFC where she played from 2017 till 2020.
After the Covid-19 pandemic, Sky joined Edinburgh Harlequins.
The impressive speedster was selected for Scotland U18 in 2022 and scored two tries across the competition, showcasing impressive speed. After this, she was selected to represent Scotland U18 on the Rugby Europe Sevens circuit.
In the 2022/23 season, Sky was part of the Premiership winning team for Stirling against Corstorphine Cougars, and in 2023/24, scored seven tries across the Premiership league and featured in the title battle against Watsonian FC.
A few months later, Sky was drafted to Glasgow Warriors for the Celtic Challenge and made five appearances.
She is currently supported by the East Regional Training Centre.
Away from rugby, Sky has six national Gold medals in Rhythmic Gymnastics.
