The SWRU is keen to identify girls aged 15, 16 or 17 on 1st September 2007, who have the potential to develop rugby skills and to progress through our performance development programme, with the aim of representing Scotland. If you think you have what it takes, come to our Schools Talent I.D. Day Friday 28th SeptemberThe SWRU is keen to identify girls who have the potential to develop rugby skills and to progress through our performance development programme, with the aim of representing Scotland. Girls wishing to be considered for the SWRU U18 Performance Development Programmes 2007-2008 are invited to attend the SWRU School Talent I.D Day on Friday 28th September at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh. Between 1pm and 4pm girls will have the chance to experience tag rugby, introduction to contact rugby and to take part in the SAQ/skills challenge. Girls who demonstrate a high level of physical ability (not necessarily those with a high level of rugby experience) will be invited to attend a Talent camp in November. Players are requested to arrive changed to register between 12pm-12.45pm and to bring the following kit and equipment: ??? trainers / football or rugby boots (if you have them, if not trainers) ??? waterproofs ??? suitable sports wear (shorts / t-shirt / rugby shirt / tracksuit etc) ??? gumshield ??? packed lunch Please complete and return the registration form by September 21st.
