Current bottom of the table Musselburgh travel to face third placed Currie Chieftains this weekend.

Currie had a try-scoring frenzy of a second half last Saturday against their hosts Jed-Forest, beating them 20-31.

Meanwhile Musselburgh nabbed their first win of the season when they beat Marr 11-8.

The last time these two sides met, Currie claimed a bonus point victory with a comprehensive 27-53 win at Stoneyhill.

It’s a crucial clash this weekend for both teams as Marr host current table runners-up Edinburgh Accies.

Defending champions Marr will be looking to fight back this weekend after their fourth loss in a row against Musselburgh (11-8) last Saturday.

Edinburgh Accies’ convincing win against their hosts GHA last weekend (25-34) brought them to only one point behind current table leaders Hawick.

In their previous meeting back in September Accies enjoyed a 53-12 win over last year’s league winners.

Marr RFC v Edinburgh Accies – Fullarton Park, 2pm

Jed-Forest will have to give it their all when they travel to face current table leaders Hawick.

Hawick continued their winning streak last weekend against Selkirk when they earned themselves yet another convincing win (8-17).

It’s a crucial weekend for Jed-Forest as they will being trying to redeem themselves after their eleven-point loss against Currie Chieftains last Saturday.

In their previous meeting this season Hawick claimed the spoils 12-22.

Both GHA and Heriot’s Blues will be looking to get back into the winning mindset after their respective defeats last weekend.

Edinburgh Accies proved too strong for GHA who fell short with 25 points to 34 at Braidholm.

Meanwhile, it was a tough shift for Heriot’s Blues who just couldn’t face up to a dominant Glasgow Hawks (19-42).

GHA displayed a dominant performance against the Blues when they last met, with a 24-48 win at Goldenacre.

With only two points between them on the league table, it’s an imperative match for both Glasgow Hawks and Selkirk this weekend.

Last Saturday saw Glasgow Hawks storm past Heriot’s Blues, securing a dominant 19-42 win at Goldenacre.

Selkirk weren’t so lucky, as they were defeated by current table leaders Hawick 8-17.

It was a close competition between these two sides in September, but the Hawks had the edge, winning 22-15, leaving Selkirk with a losing bonus point.

After convincing wins for both teams last weekend, current third place Gala host Stirling County at Netherdale.

Opposite-end-of-the-country competitors Highland and Melrose compete for the fourth spot on the table this weekend at Canal Park.

After a narrow loss against Melrose last weekend, table leaders Kelso will be looking to regain their winning ways when they host capital-based side Watsonians.

Following success on both sides last weekend, Biggar are set to host table runners-up Ayr at Hartree Mill.

A third win in a row for Aberdeen Grammar against GHK this weekend could see them overtake both Watsonians and their hosts on the league table.

Stewart’s Melville will be looking to get themselves off the bottom of the table when they host Dundee Rugby this Saturday.
