Disciplinary Rules: Season 2026/27 (Stage 1)

Comments and suggestions are invited in respect of potential changes to the Scottish Rugby Disciplinary Rules, the Code of Conduct for the Game and the Guidance on Meaningful Sanctions to be used during season 2026/27. Once approved, the updated versions will replace the current versions (which can be viewed here).

In their consultation response respondees are asked to:
– Provide details of any change(s) being proposed (including draft wording where appropriate);
– Indicate the reason(s) why the change is being proposed; and
– Provide the name, contact details and capacity within the game of the person or body proposing the change.

Responses should be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 12 noon on Monday 9th February 2026.

SDR 22 – Artificial Rugby Turf (Stage 1)

Comments and suggestions are invited in respect of potential changes to the Scottish Rugby’s domestic regulation SDR 22 (Artificial Rugby Turf) . Should any changes be approved, the updated versions of the Regulation will replace the current version (which can be viewed here).

In their consultation response respondees are asked to:
– Provide details of any change(s) being proposed (including draft wording where appropriate);
– Indicate the reason(s) why the change is being proposed; and
– Provide the name, contact details and capacity within the game of the person or body proposing the change.
