Behind the Thistle | Sean Lamont

Having retired from international rugby in 2017 following an incredible career that saw him gain 105 caps for Scotland, Sean Lamont is now an integral part of the Scotland 7s programme. We caught up with Sean ahead of the Toulouse leg of the HSBC World Sevens Series to learn about life in the 7s camp, his role as Strength and Conditioning coach, Team Manager and self-proclaimed "Rugby Dad".
