Boys National Youth Cup quarterfinals drawn
Across the Cup, Shield, Plate and Bowl competitions, four quarterfinals will play out for boys U18 and U16 age groups on 11 and 12 November 2023, with winners progressing to a semi-final.
U18 National Youth Cup
Following the conclusion of the group stages, the following quarterfinals have been draw.
Stirling County, Dumfries Saints, West of Scotland and Boroughmuir all topped their groups to take the home advantage for the knock-out stage.
QF1: West of Scotland v Peebles
QF2: Dumfries Saints v Currie Chieftains
QF3: Stirling County v GHA
QF4: Boroughmuir v Gala Wanderers
U16 National Youth Cup
Ayr/Wellington, Peebles, Stirling County and Hawick Youth all emerged group winners in the U16 Cup. Stirling’s opposition will be confirmed following the result of Currie Chieftains v Boroughmuir due to be played at Hive Stadium on Tuesday 31 October.

After landing in the bottom half of the group stages, the following teams progress into the National Shield competition.
QF1: Hawick Youth v Ellon
QF2: Mackie v Ayr/Wellington
QF3: Perthshire v Earlston HS/Melrose Wasps
QF4: Dunfermline v Highland
U16 National Youth Shield
After landing in the bottom half of the group stages, the following teams progress into the National Shield competition. Quarterfinal four will be a bye for the losing team of the Currie Chieftains v Boroughmuir fixture which takes place this week.
QF1: Dunfermline v Gala
QF2: Ellon v Highland
QF3: GHA v Mackie

U18 National Youth Plate
Across the five Groups, group winners and the three best 2nd place teams progressed to the quarterfinals, with the draws below made. The remaining teams move to the U18 National Bowl competition.

QF2: Kelso Harlequins v Aberdeen Wanderers
QF3: Biggar v Strathmore
QF4: Jed-Thistle v Moray/Huntly
U16 National Youth Plate
There were seven groups in the initial pool stage of the U16 National Plate. The top teams progressed into the quarterfinals and have been drawn as below. The remaining teams enter the National Bowl.

QF3: Kirkcaldy v Deeside
QF4: Dundee Rugby v Selkirk

QF1: Whitecraigs v Cartha Queen’s Park/Cambuslang

QF3: Deeside/Garioch v Kirkcaldy
QF4: Dalziel v East Kilbride
U16 National Youth Bowl
Biggar’s opposition will either be Garioch or Aberdeen Wanderers. This rescheduled group fixture will be played on Sunday 5 November.
