The 2026/27 RugbyRight e-learning course is now available through Scottish Rugby’s Management System – SCRUMS.

Scottish Rugby’s annual player welfare e-learning course launches today in preparation for the 2026/27 season. The course, which is available via SCRUMS, forms part of the minimum standard for coaching and match officiating rugby in Scotland and has been designed to provide users with key information on important player welfare subjects as we aim for the game in Scotland to be as safe and enjoyable as possible for all those taking part

This year’s course provides users with new information – such as the new Girls Age Grade Law Variations, Age banding policies and how to do CPR – as well as refreshers on those areas of the game that we should be vigilant on – concussion, safeguarding and pitchside behaviours.

All coaches and match officials need to complete the course by October 31st
