See Emerging Scotland stars this month

Emerging Scotland is a new national team involving the best young players in the country and coached by the Scotland men’s national team coaching staff.

The Emerging Scotland team is playing its first game this month, taking on Italy Under-23s at Hive Stadium in Edinburgh (Saturday 14 December, 6.45pm). The match forms part of the National Academy pilot programme launched in September to add value to the development of a selected group of promising players, selected from Scottish Rugby’s regional academies and Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby Senior Academies. The Emerging Scotland squad will be announced shortly.
