The diary of rugby trailblazer, John W. Arthur, the first person to earn a cap for Scotland in rugby, has been donated by his family to Scottish Rugby. We spoke to John’s great granddaughter and great-great grandson, Seonaid and Colin Brown, about the diary and some of the incredible experiences that have followed the 150th anniversary of the first international match of rugby between Scotland and England.
