FOSROC Super6 – How to Watch

The FOSROC Super6 2019/20 season kicks off on Friday 8 November, which is the new top-tier of domestic rugby. There are several ways to watch and keep up to date with the FOSROC Super6 competition:

FOSROC Super6 is a new and separate tournament within Scottish Rugby’s competition structure played by the following six franchise teams with part-time professional players. The competition kicks off on Friday 8 November with all teams then playing each other home and away throughout the season, followed by finals in March to determine the overall champion. As well as exciting head to heads on the pitch clubs will have entertainment, activities, hot food and bars available within the club grounds so you can enjoy a great day out with family or friends.

  • Ayrshire Bulls

    Representing the West of the country, Ayrshire Bulls play their home matches at Millbrae and have former Scotland and Glasgow Warriors back Peter Murchie as Head Coach.

  • Boroughmuir Bears

    Former Scotland star Graham Shiel, who has previously been Head Coach of the national 7s side, has taken the Super6 reins at the Bears, who play their home games at Meggetland in the capital.

  • Heriot’s Rugby

    The Goldenacre club, the only side never to have been relegated from Scotland’s top flight, will have a new-look coaching team in time for the start of the FOSROC Super6 season.

  • Southern Knights

    Representing the wider Border region, Southern Knights have Rob Chrystie at the helm and will host home fixtures at The Greenyards, one of Scotland’s most iconic club grounds.

  • Stirling County RFC

    Stirling County, who play at Bridgehaugh against the dramatic backdrop of the Wallace Monument, have recently appointed former Edinburgh centre Ben Cairns to the position of Head Coach.
