Hometown Heroes, on the Nation’s Network: Alex Stewart

Alex Stewart was born and bred in the capital and has played for Liberton High School, Edinburgh Harlequins and Arnold Clark Women's Premiership champions, Corstorphine Cougars before being called up to the national side. She talks about her connection to the big city, being called up to play for her country whilst in a Uni lecture and what it takes to represent your country. To Alex, rugby is being part of something bigger than yourself and helps her to be the best person she can be, on and off the pitch. Brought to you by Vodafone, on the Nation's Network.
