Chris Paterson and Caroline Blair return for the first podcast of 2024 and this week they're joined by four members of Gregor Townsend's Scotland squad for the upcoming Guinness Men's Six Nations.

Duhan van der Merwe, Ben Healy, Kyle Rowe and Harry Paterson look ahead to the Championship getting underwway in just over two weeks.

Duhan reflects on last year’s opener against England and THAT try which helped Scotland win the match and lift the Calcutta Cup, while Ben and Duhan chat about the relationship they’ve built up while playing for Edinburgh.

Glasgow Warriors winger, Kyle Rowe chats about his latest call-up, how he used to watch Scotland play when he worked in a pub and what it would mean to him to run out at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.

Uncapped Edinburgh back-three man Harry Paterson tells us how he found he was in the squad and his emotions ahead of joining up with the full group next week for training.

Chris and Caroline also chat about the upcoming matches and the 39-man squad which has been selected this week.
