VIDEO: Dillon Naismith’s Story

​Cumnock RFC's Dillon Naismith tells us about his experience of suffering a cardiac arrest on the rugby pitch during a game against East Kilbride in 2017. Following emergency first aid on the pitch and a long-spell in hospital he fully recovered to take on a coaching role with the club.​ He is now Assistant Development Officer at Cumnock. Dillon is also the guest on this week's Official Scottish Rugby Podcast. *The video was filmed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic
