With the last play, Fiji will tap and go a penalty from five metres out.
We steal the lineout and head from left to right, where Thomson just about wriggles through a tackle and falls over the line! Great strength.
Scotland 59-10 Fiji
Loose end to this game! Offloads galore from both.
Bonar picks up the ball off the deck and finds Scott, who kicks ahead down the left, but it goes into touch in Fiji’s 22.
Fiji kick forward and Lloyd has a crack at running it back before Nelson clears.
Fiji run it back themselves but one pass goes astray and into touch.
We’ll have the lineout just inside our half.
Smith’s kick over the top goes out on the full. Fiji lineout on halfway.
Fiji again come close but Scotland get it back from a dropped ball and then win the penalty for a late tackle.
We’ll have a lineout around 30m from Fiji’s line.
Fiji power through the middle and Scotland are again penalised at a ruck when they think they’ve won it back.

Gallagher and Malcolm create a maul trap the ball, and we’ll get the scrum just outside our 22.

We kick ahead, but then Gallagher enters a ruck from the side and Fiji get the penalty.

Scotland win the ball back and from 95 metres the backs work it right to left, where Rhona Lloyd gets it in space and sprints down the wing and all the way round to the posts!

A break down the right from Fiji, and they get the scrum deep in our 22.
Scotland work it right to left, then back out to the left through the hands where Gallagher finds Lucia Scott who scores her first Scotland try.
Scotland 47-10 Fiji
Emma Orr, Elliann Clarke, Lana Skeldon and Anne Young make way for Helen Nelson, Christine Belisle, Elis Martin and Lisa Cockburn.
Both sides running with the ball. Fiji go through the phases before Scotland get it back and break up the left. There’s a quick penalty from Mattinson and she’s impeded by Merewairita Neivosa, who is offside and sent to the sin bin.
The penalty is kicked into Fiji’s 22 on our left.
Fiji get all the way down to the fringes of our line, but a good tackle from Smith and Scotland win the penalty.
We kick down to around 10m outside our 22.

Meanwhile, Fiji have a lineout on our 10.
Big kick up the left and McGhie gets there first, kicks ahead again and gets a favourable bounce to gather and score under the posts.

A huge carry leading up to it from Jade Konkel shortly after the lineout, and then Rachel Malcolm stretches out to dot the ball down on the line.

A high hit on Scotland in midfield. We kick the penalty to around 25m out on our right.

A quick tap penalty from Evivi Senikarivi, and then Nunia Daunimoala Sulita Waisega picks up and sprints under the posts. Conversion missed.

Not often you see a full back in the heart of a ruck, but it’s Chloe Rollie who helps earn the turnover after Fiji break up the left!
We now have a lineout just outside our 22.
Scotland kick ahead but there’s chasers who are offside. Fiji penalty just inside our half.

Scotland’s maul gets to the line, but was it grounded?

Scotland kick to the right corner.
Fiji drop the kick off and an offside player fields it. A chance for Scotland to bounce back quickly as the ball is kicked to the corner.
Fiji kick clear, and then a knock on from Scotland is gathered by Adita Milinia, who runs it in from all of 55 metres to score.

Emma Orr breaks in midfield, then Mattinson kicks over the top. Fiji gather and pass infield but then it goes forward and Scotland make a huge gain, getting the scrum deep in Fiji’s 22.
Scotland go down the right but lose it forward. Fiji have the chance to escape via the scrum.
Another lineout steal from Scotland and we get further down the park via the boot.
Fijiana then run it back, but there’s a knock on. Scotland scrum just outside our 10m line.
Scotland nick the ball back and exit to the edge of our 22. Fiji lineout there.

Another lovely inside line to split Fijiana’s centres and dart over on the right side.
Meryl Smith converts again in the blustery conditions.

Fiji’s best passage of play since the opening minutes as the come forward up the left, then Scotland’s pack are penalised at the breakdown.

She thunders a kick down the left side, which bounces awkwardly twice and goes into touch off a Fiji hand.

McGhie is brought down just short, but an excellent line from Thomson in the next phase puts her through the narrowest of gaps.

Fiji chip over the top and make an excellent break, but there’s a player off their feet at the ruck.
Scotland’s penalty doesn’t find touch, Fiji clear but McGhie runs it back down the left…

The forwards drive Fijiana back and win the scrum penalty!

Fiji steal the lineout and play from deep, kicking over the top, but it’s spilled forward.

Fiji clear and it’s awkward for McGhie, but she dives on it and Scotland win the penalty at the ruck. Kicked into the 22 on the left.
Scotland win the lineout but then it goes forward in midfield. Fijiana scrum in their own 22.
A massive defensive intervention, and now Thomson is sprinting up the left!
A loose pass from Fiji and Thomson boots ahead. She doesn’t get the bounce and kicks again, but it runs into touch.
Fiji get the lineout and kick clear, but it goes out on the edge of the 22 so we’ll throw from there.
Fiji’s forwards fight for the final inches, but Lisa Thomson gets under the ball and drags the visitors over the line. Held up, and a Scotland goalline dropout.
Messy scrum, it’s recovered but then Fiji win a penalty at the ruck for not releasing.
They opt for a scrum of their own on the same mark.
Fiji nearly score from kick off!
It’s caught on the left wing and they rampage towards the line, but good scramble defence from Scotland and we’ve got a scrum on our own 5.
