France 30-16 Scotland
France metres out and van der Merwe makes the tackle, but then him and Gilchrist drag the tackled player out.
France kick the penalty into the right corner.
Cherry makes a tackle while already on the floor.
France kick to just outside our 22.
Chip over the top from Penaud and van der Merwe gathers. He has to run over his own line but turns, fends and escapes before offloading to Russell who clears to halfway.
Another Jamie Ritchie jackal pen in this tournament deep in our 22 after France gathered their own restart, but Russell’s kick doesn’t find touch and here come France.
France 23-16 Scotland
Dummy from Russell and he’s down the right flank, then a phase later France go off their feet at the ruck.

Brilliant from Cherry to wrap the ball up and create a maul, and Gilchrist and Ritchie rush to his aid to make it unplayable.

France 23-13 Scotland
France exit, Graham runs it back and then Russell’s left footer is poor and France call the mark and kick down into our half but not out.
COME ON SCOTLAND!
We go the length as Brown steals the lineout and White goes up the left. Kinghorn then goes up the right and Tom Jordan is over a phase later.
But on review, Kinghorn was inches in touch. Brutal.
That ends the half, and Scotland trail by three.
France clear and then Russell hooks his clearance into touch. French lineout just outside our 22.
France 16-13 Scotland
So unlucky for Brown, an excellent jackal but Cherry can’t roll and France get the penalty instead. On the 22, right in front of the posts, Ramos will surely put his side back in front.
Scotland don’t handle the restart well and France get the lineout just outside our 22.
France 13-13 Scotland
Scotland’s forwards batter into contact. Some good carries from Brown on his first Six Nations start.
Four penalty advantages in a row from France, and Gros goes to the bin.
Russell going for goal from a good position.
Russell’s passes grabbed by Fickou, but it goes forward luckily for Scotland.

Meanwhile, Mauvaka is back on, his incident with White deemed a yellow and no more.

Russell gets the ball from White and Graham is charging on his inside. He’s under the posts. Russell converts.
France 13-10 Scotland
Woohoo! Our turn for a lineout penalty.
Kicked down to France’s 22.
That’s a very good box kick from Lucu. He gets his side down to just inside our half.
Ramos now France’s leading points scorer in history.
France 13-3 Scotland
Scotland stray offside as they defend on the line. Ramos going for points five metres out in front of the posts.
A kick each and Russell gathers, but his pass goes loose and Lucu hacks on.
White just wins the race back to take it back over his own line. French scrum, five metres out.
France 10-3 Scotland
Head contact from Mauvaka, but perhaps not intentional as he went to tackle White off the ball. It will go to the bunker.
Meanwhile, the penalty is reversed and Russell will kick for goal from metres out.
White kicks from the maul, and Graham’s chase causes a spill. Then Scotland win the penalty deep in France’s 22, but Ben White taps and goes and within seconds France get the jackal penalty.
We’re going to the TMO to check a scuffle off the ball after the penalty – did Mauvaka headbutt White on the ground there?
France clear to halfway.
Fickou steps round Fagerson then offloads to Moefana, who scores under the sticks. Ramos converts.
France 10-0 Scotland
This time Jordan turns it over!
The maul is brought down by France and the inside centre makes the ball unplayable. Our scrum five metres from our line.
Jordan in the side of the maul, our third maul penalty already.
Back into the left corner.
Three penalties conceded in 12 minutes by Jamie Ritchie. He goes to the bin for collapsing the maul.
France in the left corner now.
Ritchie onto the ball at a ruck after White kicks clear, but Jordan hadn’t rolled so he is penalised.
France kick to our 22.
Strong carries from the forwards after the lineout, but then Graham spills and France streak up the left wing.
But then it’s France’s turn to knock on, and Scotland will take the scrum just inside their half.
Schoeman makes the hit from the dropout and Matt Fagerson is straight on the ball. France don’t release and it’s a penalty.
Kicked down to just inside France’s 22.
France clear then Russell goes crossfield to van der Merwe with the kick, but the winger slips.
White’s clearance is blocked and then Atonio steals it at a ruck. The hosts hack in behind but Russell gathers and runs it off the pitch for the goal line dropout.
France 3-0 Scotland
France send Scotland back at least ten metres with the driving maul and then win the penalty.
Ramos going for points.
Cherry’s throw ends up coming back to him and he’s put in touch. French lineout around 30m from our line.
Matt Fagerson melted from kick off but holds on. White clears and then France go through the phases but Russell drags Flament into touch.
