FOSROC Super6 Play-offs Confirmed
The fixtures for the FOSROC Super6 play-offs have been confirmed, following the completion of the final round of games last weekend.
Four teams will battle it out for a place in the Final at Scotstoun on Saturday 28 March (kick-off 7.20pm) which will be broadcast live on BBC Scotland.
Watsonians ended the regular season at the top of the FOSROC Super6 league and will host fourth-placed Southern Knights at Myreside on Saturday 21 March (kick-off 4pm).
Heriot’s Rugby finished the league in second place and will host Ayrshire Bulls on Sunday 22 March (2pm kick-off) at Goldenacre. This fixture will be broadcast live on Scottish Rugby TV and BBC Sport Scotland.
Sixth place Boroughmuir Bears entertain fifth placed Stirling County at Meggetland on Friday 20 March (7.30pm kick-off) in the first leg of a double header, with the eventual winner placed fifth overall.
As well as the Final at Scotstoun, two other matches will be played the weekend of Friday 27 – Sunday 29 March.
The loser of Watsonians v Southern Knights and the loser of Heriot’s v Ayrshire Bulls will play for third place whilst Stirling County will host Boroughmuir at Bridgehaugh on Friday 27 March (kick-off 7.30pm) to finalise fifth place.
