Scottish Rugby is committed to strengthening the sustainability, workforce capacity, and community impact of clubs nationwide. The Modern Apprentice Club Support Fund has been established to support the development of emerging Rugby Development Officers within local communities. By enhancing coaching provision, increasing participation, strengthening school–club links, and building internal club infrastructure, this programme aims to create a skilled workforce and ensure the long-term growth of the Scottish rugby network.
