Jed-Forest’s Riverside Rock to sponsor Kings of the Sevens

Riverside Rock 2017, Jed-Forest’s Scottish Borders music festival have announced that they have been appointed as sponsors of the Kings of the Sevens competition as part of an initial two-year deal. The King of Sevens will take place in April with the 10 most prestigious 7s tournaments making up the Kings of Sevens league competition.Teams competing at individual tournaments will gain points and the competition will culminate in a team being crowned “Kings of the Sevens.”Alan Fraser, a spokesperson for Riverside Rock said: We are delighted and privileged to sponsor the prestigious Kings of the Sevens competition.It is a glove fit opportunity to further the support Riverside Rock offers to the Borders Community, perfectly meeting our aims and objectives.”He added: Riverside Rock 2017 will again be supporting the Lavender Touch, our charity partners, together with many other good causes.”Riverside Rock 2017, is to be held at Jed-Forest Rugby Club, Riverside Park, Jedburgh on Saturday 17 June, featuring seven bands, kids’ entertainment and much more.Volunteers from Jed-Forest Rugby Club and surrounding rugby clubs will come together for the fourth year running to held coordinate Riverside Rock.Please visit www.riversiderock.co.uk for further information.
