Scotland looked to be making a comeback towards the end of the second half, the bench came on and lifted the energy, but it’s Wales that come out on top leaving the game at Wales 31-21 Scotland. After coming off the bench he’s able to add to the score line, Scotland are now just 10 points short of Wales with 5 minutes to go.
The debutant goes over the line for his first try for Scotland, he comes off injured just after however after a brilliant showcase.

It’s been a frantic start here at Cardiff Arms Park, both sides have made notable errors but it’s Wales that have been able to capitalise. An unfortunate discounted try has shown Scotland have all the makings of a strong attack, they’ll no doubt come out firing as we look forward to the second half.
Wales end the first half by picking up another three points after an incredibly scrappy and whistle strewn 40 minutes.
After a long period of stoppage, McArthur’s try is discounted due to foul play in the build up, Wales 16-0 Scotland.

A last minute change tonight sees captain Ross Wolfenden stepping out of tonight’s squad. It will be Harry Clark (Watsonian FC) that will step up in his place. Joe Roberts will captain the squad in his stead.
