The 2026 Guinness Men’s Six Nations is fast approaching, with Scotland preparing for another campaign in rugby’s premier northern hemisphere competition.

The opening fixture takes Scotland to Rome on Saturday 7 February, for a 2.10pm kick-off against Italy. Last year’s encounter saw a Huw Jones hat-trick which helped secure a twelve-point victory. The team will be looking for a similar start to their campaign this time around.
Attention shifts to Scottish Gas Murrayfield on Saturday 14 February, for the visit of England at 4.40pm. Having lost by a single point at the Allianz Stadium in 2025, Scotland will be focused on regaining the Calcutta Cup in front of a home crowd on Valentine’s Day.
The third round features a trip to Cardiff to play Wales on Saturday 21 February, at 4.40pm. Notably, this year’s schedule includes only one fallow week rather than two. This means teams must manage player recovery more tightly as they head into the final stages of the championship.
On Saturday, 7 March, Scotland hosts France at 2.10pm. The last time Scotland defeated Les Bleus was before the World Cup 2023 and with another chance to do the same at home, Scotland will be looking to capitalise. The tournament concludes on Saturday, 14 March, with a 2.10pm kick-off against Ireland, serving as the opening game of the final day.
