Do you want to shape the rugby talent of tomorrow at Ayr RFC?  We are looking for a committed individual to lead a group of coaches to develop under-18 rugby at Ayr.Some experience and lots of enthusiasm required. The successful candidate should have their UKCC Level 1 qualification or a commitment to achieve by the end of 2010.
