New Return to Rugby Levels Framework announced

From today, Monday 2 November, the Scottish Government moves to a new strategic approach to coronavirus outbreak management based on five graduated levels of protection.
This new regional system takes a level-based approach which sees each of the country’s 32 local authorities initially graded between levels 1 and 3. Full details of the Scottish Government Strategic Approach can be found here.
In line with this new approach, Scottish Rugby has today unveiled a new Return to Rugby Levels Framework – replacing the previous Return to Rugby Roadmap document – which provides detail on what is and is not permitted at each government level of public health protection.
Clubs and schools may need to limit their activities, both on and off field, in line with each respective local public health level and are advised to consult with the local authority in which their facilities are located should they be in any doubt.
If you are unsure about which level of the Government’s strategic framework your local authority is in, use the Government postcode tracker, here.
The updated Return to Rugby guidance for clubs and schools can be found here. A webinar was held on 2 November at 12.30pm. This was recorded and available to view below.
