Two representatives from clubs in Premier Divisions 2 and 3 have been elected to the Scottish Rugby Council this week.In Premier Division 2, John Davidson (Jed-Forest) was re-elected ahead of Ian Smith (Hamilton), while in Premier 3 former referee John Steele (Dumfries) was elected for the first time. No candidate stood against him.  Both appointments will be confirmed at the Scottish Rugby Union agm at Murrayfield on Saturday 25 June.
