Debutants from last weekend, Harri Morris and Liam McConnell have both returned to their clubs along with Ross Thompson.
Alexander Masibaka has been ruled out of the Quilter Nations Series with an elbow injury and Will Hurd is also unavailable with a shoulder injury.
Glasgow Warriors prop Fin Richardson has been called up after making his debut for Scotland in the summer, against Samoa.
