ScotRail have announced it will provide more than 30,000 extra seats – on top of existing services – to help rugby fans travel to and from Scotland’s two viagogo Autumn Test games at BT Murrayfield this month.The national team will play Argentina on Saturday 8 November and New Zealand on Saturday 15 November, with both games kicking off at 5.30pm.As well as extra services and longer trains, a new queuing system will be in place Haymarket station after the game, allowing passengers to board trains as quickly and safely as possible.The train operator will have dozens of extra staff on the ground to assist customers with the new queuing systems.After the game’s final whistle, ScotRail staff at Haymarket will direct passengers travelling north, south, and to Glasgow Central or Airdrie/Bathgate into the station via the main entrance to join queues inside.Customers travelling west to Glasgow Queen Street via Falkirk High, Stirling, or Dunblane will be directed to access a queue situated beside the front entrance of Rosebery House on Haymarket Terrace.ScotRail has urged fans to make sure their journeys run smoothly by:       Buying tickets in advance       Anticipating queues and allowing extra time for travel       Not drinking or carrying alcohol on rugby trains where a ban will be in place       Following the advice of ScotRail staff and British Transport Police on the groundScotRail has worked with partners including Scottish Rugby, City of Edinburgh Council and police to help fans enjoy the games.There are three routes from Glasgow to Edinburgh – one each from Queen Street High and Low Levels, and another from Glasgow Central via Shotts.More information, including travel tips for rugby fans and a map of Haymarket queuing systems, is available at www.scotrail.co.uk/sport.
